NSW: Expect disruptions until Xmas, commuters told

Delays will continue for Sydney bus commuters this morning .. after a mechanical fault
led to more than 200 buses being pulled out of service.

And the State Transit Authority's warned commuters .. services could be disrupted for
another ten days.

The STA says the delays will ease from yesterday .. but wants people to allow an extra
10-15 minutes of travel time.

NSW Premier MORRIS IEMMA'S apologised to commuters .. but says the government can't
compromise the safety of the travelling public.
